Fill out the form below to register your team for the Sons of Pericles Greeks in Atlanta Basketball Tournament, to take place in Atlanta, GA April 17-19, 2026.

Each team is allowed a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 10 players. Please fill out the names of each player below and select the size T-Shirt they will require for the tournament. If shirt sizes are not selected, the Supreme Lodge cannot guarantee they receive the correct size on sit
