Convention Registration is open!

Please note, per section 3 of the Sons of Pericles Constitution, each chapter in good standing with the Supreme Lodge of the Order shall be entitled to the following voting rights at the Supreme Convention:

 

Chapters having from eight up to and including ten members in good standing and per capita tax paid to the Supreme Lodge or Headquarters shall have one vote at the Supreme Convention.

 

For each increment of 10 members in good standing as of December 31st of the previous year, the chapter gains another vote (i.e. 11-20 members = 2 votes, 21-30 members = 3 votes, and so on). Chapters that are reactivated or newly initiated during the same year as the Supreme Convention will be granted one vote at the convention, provided they have fulfilled their dues obligation.

 

Delegates must be reported to the Supreme Lodge by the chapter prior to the convention meeting. Non delegates are welcome to attend the annual meeting but are not eligible to vote at the meeting.

 

If paying by check, make payable to Sons of Pericles Supreme Lodge. Checks must be postmarked by June 30.

Registration fees prior to July 10 are as follows

• SOP Delegate/Alternate: $180

• SOP non Delegate/Alternate: $200

​
