The Order of AHEPA turns 100 next year, and to celebrate, we’re taking you back to the happiest place on earth, the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida! Join the AHEPA Family in this twice-in-a-lifetime celebration of a century of service!

The Convention officially kicks-off on Sunday, July 17 with the AHEPA Family Opening Ceremonies. 

​The Annual SOP Meeting will be Wednesday, July 20th and Installations will conclude the convention on Friday, July 22nd. We encourage all our members to take advantage of the week long meetings and social events hosted by the AHEPA. A detailed schedule will be published soon.

Delegate fees can be paid through check or VISA/Mastercard.

Please note that all members are responsible for purchasing and organizing their own Disney Parks passes. Purchasing a Disney Parks pass is not required to participate in any convention events or activities. All registered delegates and alternates will be given a special convention pass that will grant you access to all events that AHEPA is organizing, including nighttime access to Epcot for those events.
