Join the AHEPA family in Las Vegas, NV for our 101st Supreme Convention!
The Convention officially kicks-off on Sunday, July 23 with the AHEPA Family Opening Ceremonies.
​The Annual SOP Meeting will be Wednesday, July 26th and Installations will conclude the convention on Friday, July 28nd. We encourage all our members to take advantage of the week long meetings and social events hosted by the AHEPA. A detailed schedule will be published soon.

Delegate Registration
All Sons must register with the below form ASAP! Delegate fees will go up after June 30, 2023. Delegate fees can be paid through check or VISA/Mastercard.

All rates are subject to taxes plus a $25 resort fee
Anyone booking outside the room block is charged a $45.95 resort fe

Convention matings will take place in the Horseshoe Convention Space. Both hotels are connected.

Transportation
​
The easiest way to get to the Horseshoe or Paris Hotels is to take a taxi or Uber/Lyft. Ceasars is a partner with Uber and offers designated pickup and drop off areas at both the Horseshoe and the Paris.
